Junior EDI Supplier Connection Coordinator

Job Description:

• Establish Classic and Web EDI connection with external suppliers all over the world for demand sending and advance shipping notification receiving processes
• Contact international suppliers via email and phone
• Train suppliers online to the new process
• Manage technical setups in ERP (SAP) system
• Set technical parameters in Web EDI system (SupplyOn)
• Manage go-live with the supplier and production plants
• Support suppliers in case of EDI-related questions
• Continuously improve the existing supplier documentations
• Support Plant EDI Coordinators in case of EDI-related questions

Requirements:

• University degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economy, Faculty of Technical Science, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Sciences) with focus on logistics/supply chain
• Working experience: Preferably: up to 1 year (acceptable without experience)
• Basic knowledge about Supplier EDI and ERP SAP (other ERPs) is welcomed, but not mandatory
• Fluent English knowledge
• MS Excel medium level skills are mandatory
• Logistic process knowledge is welcomed
