Junior Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with CFO to implement organization's financial, budgeting, and administrative processes for all business areas
• Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting
• Preparation of various financial statements and reports on a monthly basis
• Through implemented financial reporting identifying figures for different segments of the business
• Preparation of statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues
• Explores opportunities to reduce net operating expenses
• Cost –benefit analysis for new ventures
• Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems
• Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting

Professional requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
• A minimum of two years’ experience in finance, controlling and/or reporting, preferably in a company selling and manufacturing products
• Prior experience with Nav or other ERP systems and work with data basis is prerequisite
• Expert in Excel
• Good command of English
• Proficient communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
• Highly organized, with focus on process discipline
• Understanding of how to support business decisions with financial information
