Junior Project Coordinator

Specialties:

Project Management, Cost Accounting, Operations Strategy and Execution, Cross-functional Team Development & Management.

Description:

• Manage programs for multiple engineering projects. Defining and resourcing multiple distinct projects in various stages of their life-cycle
• Coordinate activities between Belgrade R&D team and Asian Manufacturing Facility and R&D teams
• Drive the unification of the organization’s project management
• Candidate should also understand the needs of the development team, working hard to keep distractions to a minimum and priorities clear

Experience:

• At Minimum - Bachelor of Engineering (Software or Hardware)

Personal Skills:

• Junior Project Coordinator should be enthusiastic, capable to learn fast and to willing to obtain new experiences. Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and an excellent communicator
• He/She should be very systematic, with excellent organizational skills, capable to coordinate multiple projects
• He/She should have positive style, should be highly energetic and a source of encouragement around the team. Candidate should be a good communicator, fluent in English, should also be able to collect and present information in tough situations with objectivity and clarity. Candidate should act with integrity, diligence, calm and thoughtfulness and should be able to take quick decisions
