Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Your responsibilities:
- Building strong collaborative relationships with Hiring leaders in Customer facing part of organization
- Manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
- Counsel the candidates on company benefits, salary (with special focus on sales commission understanding) and work environment
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR administrator with hiring and employment data
- Visits company shops and call center on regular basis and actively work on recruitment process for front line
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
- Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis
- Develop strong relationships with third party (recruitment agencies and staffing firms)
For the good start you will need:
- College/University degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Experience in headhunting agency is an advantage
- Strong customer service experience
- General understanding of business and human resources processes
- Excellent knowledge of English language
