We are looking for a motivated, talented and committed Customer Engagement Intern to join our team within Customer Relationship Management department.
Customer Relationship Management in Telenor is about engaging customers to provide value to the business. We focus on data and insights to provide personalized experience to customers. We craft and deliver campaigns and communication that drive customer interaction with us.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist CRM team members in every-day activities and achieving company targets
- Analyse customer behaviour, present results and suggest actions to meet company KPIs
- Provide support in the growth of digital engagement platform on My Telenor App
- Coordinate communication with partners upon request
- Collaborate with other departments across company to support customer engagement
- Work hand in hand with colleagues dealing with analytics and data science to capture engagement opportunities from available customer data
For a good start you will need:
- University degree in Economics, Organizational Sciences, Engineering or similar
- Strong analytical skills, with problem-solving attitude and critical thinking
- Solid presentation skills
- Working experience with MS Office tools
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Personal skills: positive, self-motivated, result-driven, curious, self-learner
