KYC Manager

Duties:

• Performing CDD (customer due diligence) checks of the company's clients;
• Processing tickets received from the clients;
• Handling complaints and processing requests submitted by users;
• Studying payment systems in order to perform the payment method check correctly;
• Monitoring legislation updates in the countries the company operating with;
• Communication with other departments of the company regarding client's verification issues;
• Other tasks depending on the employee's qualifications by the employer's order.

Requirements:

• Advanced English (if you speak other languages it is a great advantage) and literacy;
