Key Account Manager - Fleet Solutions

Job description

• Development of Fleet Solutions business in designated area by applying guidelines and defined strategy
• Acquisition of the new customers and maintenance of existing customers
• Building up the relations and trust with the customers by providing tailored made solutions and business consultancy (including reporting and KPI’s)
• Improvement of the quality of service providers network (audits, trainings, KPI’s)
• Sales systems maintenance and management (CRM; Cesar)
• Tire management, collection of references and tire performance
• Resolving customer complaints and warranties
• Collection of market information and fulfillment of different reports
• Preparation of sales documentations (tender documentation, invoices, credit notes)
• Efficient and clear communication with different supporting departments

Candidate profile

• University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, economy, management
• Previous experience in tire / automotive industry - advantage but not essential
• Fluent in Serbian and English languages – mandatory
• Knowledge of German, Hungarian and/or Slovenian - advantage but not essential
• Driving licence with B category and readiness for frequent travels
