Kinaxis Rapid Response Support Analyst

The Kinaxis rapid response support analyst is responsible for the support, set-up, and training for the Oracle and Kinaxis planning solution in EMEA. The job holder is responsible that technical incidents are solved via IT Service Desk and IT standard processes and that change requests are processed via IT Change Control process. The job holder supports users and key users on daily basis for planning in Oracle and RapidResponse, with 24/7 availability for users.

The job holder is a member of the European IT Business Applications Team. The IT Team is located in several countries and in contact with Oracle Development team in APAC.

Your Responsibilities

Support Supply Chain Services team for Purchase Order (PO) creation as well as Supplier, Service Requests, Approved Supplier List & Business Process Analysis adjustments
Support Planning Team for flow schedule, PO Release and MUCL creation, Run distribution requirements planning (DRP)
Adjust outside Processing (OSP) processes, adjust planning cycles
Support Purchase Requests creation, warehouse material movement
Support Order Management Centre team
Ensure no business disruption - Deliver daily support related to Oracle and RapidResponse
Item, BoM, routing checking and testing

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent – technical background preferred, but not limited to
Experience with ERP Business System – Oracle ERP preferred, ideally in manufacturing industry
Ideally more than two years of relevant working experience on similar positions is preferred
Good understanding of business processes
Experience in logistics & planning processes is an asset
Advanced level of written and spoken English is required; any additional language is a benefit
Good communication, social and organizational skills
Highly independent in handling tasks, autonomous and creative person with the ability to handle changing priorities
