Position: LEAD PROJECT ENGINEER

Place of work: Serbia - Belgrade 

Job description:

The Lead Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all technical requirements of customers, contracts and regulations are met for assigned projects. It is intended to identify and manage technical risks in the projects in order to minimize the risks.

• Gain organizational commitment for all systems and software plans
• Evaluate and select all technologies required to complete those plans
• Leading all tasks and responsibilities respective Model Year Change and Series maintenance
• Proactively setting tasks, responsibilities, timelines and cost targets respective
• Representing the Technical project Management (ET) in project relevant meetings
• Communication link between internal interfaces
• Must be able to read and understand Control Narratives, Logic diagrams
• Ensure group work in compliance with quality/safety procedures
• Provide support to the sales and proposal teams working on new prospects
• Work with this team to transition successful proposals to the implementation/project stage

Requirements for candidates:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Electrical Engineering
• Experience in leading and coordinate engineering design teams to meet project objectives in terms of quality, cost and schedule
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Driving license class B/3
