We are currently bidding for various projects and looking for suitable candidates with new-build power station experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
Candidates must have:
- Proven experience and background in electrical plant/systems construction related to large power plant projects (2,000 MW and above).
- Proven experience of large-scale electrical systems installations across HV/MV and LV levels and associated sub-systems.
- Management experience.
- Experience within a consultancy or a contracting organisation is desirable.
- Good report-writing skills.
- Ability to work under their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
The role:
Working closely with a team of electrical engineers to supervise and monitor all electrical plant and equipment works for a large thermal power plant. A team of field engineers and inspectors will be assigned to work under the senior engineers, with duties allocated on a daily basis. The main EPC Contractor will be responsible for undertaking the work, but the candidates will be expected to ensure it is carried out in line with the technical requirements and that good records are kept to demonstrate the same.
