WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Lean Specialist who is responsible for the establishment, application and monitoring of CIP activities and quality methods according to MTU specifications.

TASKS

• Ensure that the procedures, processes and activities of the defined quality methods are in accordance with MTU's specifications and applicable standards
• Preparation of CIP activities for the location and their coordination with the departments
• Independent preparation, implementation and review of complex, strategic and/or sensitive workshops
• Independent support and monitoring of the execution of defined improvement measures
• Consulting of the management and employees in all questions of quality methods to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Clarification/detailing of the assignment with the executives regarding contents, procedure, goal of the workshops
• Ensuring the holistic view of the identified measures with regard to effects on the overall process chain
• Ensuring the sustainability of the implementation by moderating reviews and providing technical support to the responsible managers
• Independent planning and execution of demand-oriented training and qualification measures
• Communication of changes and coordination results within MTU Maintenance Serbia d.o.o
• Support of the Lead Auditor and the responsible persons in the area of QMS, SQA and Airworthiness/Regulatory Compliance
• Decision on the quality method to be used in case of identified failures or risks
• Preparation, moderation and review of improvement workshops using methods of risk/cause analysis and solution finding, thereby safe application of the methods, e.g. 8D, FMEA

REQUIREMENTS

• Mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences (or comparable degree) or relevant working experience
• Training as method expert on several methods
• 3 years of professional experience in production environment or quality/lean management or project management desired
• Application experience of lean/quality methods
• Experience in the Continuous Improvement Process
• MS Office
• Fluent in English language
• Extended knowledge and application experience of methods of continuous improvement (e.g. error cause analysis, fault collection card, Ishikawa)
• Methodological knowledge, for example: moderation technique, goal-oriented meetings, presentation techniques, project management techniques
• Analytical mind
• Organizational ability, assertiveness, teamwork, communication skills, flexibility, overall thinking, objects and process-oriented thinking and acting
