Due to the fast expansion in Serbia and the region, we are looking for a Leasing Manager to join our office in Belgrade.
Leasing Manager for Sinsay Brand
This position aims to locate real estate properties in line with the Sinsay brand standards in Serbia and North Macedonia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Finding real estate locations according to brand standard
- Negotiating lease agreements
- Track record of the existing and new lease agreements
- Preparation of market studies, presentations, and strategy
- Recommendation of the full business case in terms of market strategy, location requirements, the configuration of space, economic and legal terms, and presentation of the business case for approval
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Experience in similar positions in the commercial real estate industry & expansion (especially in the area of shopping centers/retail parks)
- Extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market
- Proactive and practical approach to business needs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills (ability to set goals and prioritize tasks)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the English language
- Availability to travel
- Clear driver’s license
- Responsibility over a geographic region on a previous role will be considered as an advantage
