Legal Associate in the Leasing department

We are looking for a Legal Associate in the Leasing department

Responsibilities  

•  Legal and administrative support and the responsibility for a business documents
•  Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
•  Preparation of legal documents
•  Providing review and legal advising for the contracts related to commercial real estate in Croatian and English language
•  Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
•  Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
•  Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
•  Legal representative, active presence and negotiation on the meetings
•  Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Law 
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Maintain, encourage and possess “ownership mentality”
•  Availability for business trips
