DUE TO COMPANY GROWTH we are looking to expand our Talent team with a new Talent Partner. This is an extraordinary career opportunity for an independent HR professional with previous experience in similar positions. The ideal candidate needs to have strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, excellent organization skills and ability to work independently. What are we looking for?
- - 5+ year of relevant experience in the field of HR
- - University degree in Psychology or other formal education in the field of HR
- - Excellent organizational skills
- - Open-minded and proactive
- - Excellent verbal and communication skills
- - Good knowledge of English language
Duties and responsibilities
- Implement Talent strategy together with Talent team
- Analyze, coordinate and execute recruitment and selection process (refining, short-listing the most qualified applicants, interviewing etc.)
- Ensure an effective and smooth onboarding process in order to make good start for great employee experience for new colleagues
- Assist and support employees in their challenges, provide talent management guidance when appropriate
- Get insights in main drivers of employee satisfaction and work on constant improving
- Constant improvement of people related processes according to employee feedback
- Support managers in leading their people and teams through business partnering activities
- Take part in the company promotional activities (cooperation with local universities, social events and initiatives, social networks etc.)
