Logistic Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Logistic manager oversees the movement, distribution and storage of goods in an organization. Essentially he needs to ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time.
• Logistic manager is responsible for arranging the warehouse, cataloging goods, controlling inventory and processing shipments.
• Need to ensure that real amount of inventory is matched with documentation.
• Manage different type of control: check compliance between incoming invoice/ packing list and acceptance note, between amount of stocks in the warehouse and amount of stocks in databases (regular warehouse inventory), check if there regular documentation for materials which are given to the production.
• Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
• Logistic manager is arranging the timely pickup and transport of goods and getting goods off-loaded and then reloaded with minimal downtime. The logistics manager should plan the entire routes days in advance making sure an item doesn't sit too long in any spot.
• Control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure the respect of delivery time.
• Organize people with the overall plan for the goods, prepare worker schedules, monitor their performance and ensure warehousing and distribution workers follow safety rules.
• Use and implement IT systems and electronic communication methods to keep track of stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and performance evaluation.
• Performing any other tasks as requested by superiors within their organizational units.

We expect from the candidates:

• Pronounced communication skills, ability to solve problems quickly.
• Necessary work experience in relevant job positions (at least 3 years).
• Necessary knowledge of Russian (daily communication).
• Knowledge of the English language is welcome.
