Logistic Specialist

Conceria Pasubio Spa is one of the key leather processing players in the international scene. We are expanding our team in Šabac and looking for: Logistic Specialist

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Responsibility for performing all working activities related to the processing of customer orders and material planning, in accordance with legal requirements and internal standards;
• Processing customer orders and accepting them when production capacity and materials are available within the required timeframe;
• Verification that continuous orders are within the stipulated contractual provisions;
• Defining orders, including the quantities and deadlines for their implementation for accepted customer orders in the company information system;
• Responsibility for ordering and ensuring the timely delivery of materials required to produce accepted orders;
• Harmonization of production order finalization plans with the Production sector;
• Processing and reconciling deliveries and possibly delaying delivery times with customers, the Production and Logistics sectors;
• Collaboration with the Warehouse department regarding deliveries, indicating deadlines and quantity for sending products to Customer;
• Issuing appropriate transport documents;
• Cooperation with other sectors of the company related to logistics;
• Proposing and actively implementing measures to improve quality, and improve internal specifications and procedures;
• Keeping all necessary records and reports by order of the superior in the required content and form;
• Performing other tasks at the request of the superior in connection with the above tasks.

Requirements:

• IV level of education
• 2 years of related experience
• Excellent communication in English
• Excel advanced user
• Lean way of thinking
• Proactivity and accuracy in work
