Logistics Coordinator

Has the following key responsibilities:

• Manages the schedule of all the field personnel (10 - 20 employees in USA)
• Gets daily updates on progress of installations taking place in the field by interfacing with the company’s operations manager as well as the subcontractors themselves
• Responsible for scheduling open field tasks like site inspections, permit submissions, permit pickups, material delivery, service calls, quality control appointments, etc
• Coordinates Installation Start/Installation Kickoff
• Coordinate final inspections with the cities and installers to ensure that personnel arrive on site on time to meet the city inspector

Qualifications:

• Experience in management, logistics/dispatch, field coordination of employees
• English Language – proficient
