Technical- Supply Chain

JOB SCOPE

• Performs various logistics activities related to movement of aircraft components/tools/material, locally and internationally
• Performs activities related to transfer of material from/to third party (measuring, weighing, controlling the packaging process, controlling the loading/unloading, ordering forklift, etc.)
• Administrates documents such as Airway bills, Invoices, Packing lists and drafts the forms required for unique process of release of the leased aircraft spare parts from Customs
• Supports the ‘AOG’ procurement team (‘Aircraft on Ground’ is the highest priority in international transport) by monitoring the customs clearance and transport orders with contracted service providers
• Assist Logistics Supervisor with taking records in Air SERBIA private Customs warehouse type ‘C’
• Cooperates with relevant parties (forwarding agents, road and air transport companies) on the daily basis
• Sends RFQ (Requests for quotation) to contracted parties for transport and books the transport orders
• Announces/monitors the entry of vehicles in Air SERBIA premises for security reasons

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma (IV)
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in logistic and forwarding
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English – excellent, active
• Driver license- B category
