What will you do?

• Carrying out of the proper maintenance of factory utilities, equipment, installations, infrastructure and buildings according to local law and corporate standards;
• Implementation of buildings and utilities related refurbishments, maintenances and factory projects, developing technical design, specification, workload, schedule and implementation;
• Coordinate and control the work of contractors. Ensures safe work environment and ensures that workers/contractors under his/her supervision work fully safely. Perform daily requests at the plant level;
• Prepare work reports for buildings and utilities maintenance. Keep records of requests addressed to contractors and creates work reports for contractors. Assists in developing the plan for maintenance of facilities and infrastructure for the planned period;
• Provide necessary maintenance within the plant premises. Organize program of cleaning the plant premises on regular basis, provides relevant cleaning and arrangement of plant premises. Preparing necessary requests related to materials and equipment.

What are we looking for?

• Education: First degree of vocational studies in electrical engineering
• Experience: Preferably with experience but not mandatory
• Language: Fluency in English
• PC literacy: MS Office, Auto CAD
