Maintenance Officer

AAA Freight Inc. is a fast-growing transportation company located in Chicago, IL with offices across Serbia. Office in Nis is looking for a Maintenance officer.

We are looking for hardworking, motivated and client-oriented candidates, who are up for the challenge and dynamic work.

Minimum Applicant Requirements:

• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skill is necessary (Excel, Email, Internet Browser)
• No prior experience in Trucking is needed (If you have some it will be considered as plus)
• Ability to work in three shifts

Responsibilities of Maintenance officer are:

• Maintain and resolve any potential breakdown on the road, give updates about the repair process
• Plan and schedule maintenance service for trucks and trailers
• Maintain live communication with drivers regarding potential problems with equipment
• Keep repair documentation up to date (DOT inspection, repair invoices, tire replacement receipts…)
• Schedule DOT inspection for truck and trailer
• Procure parts, keep track on truck parts that has been ordered
