Maintenance Technician

Yanfeng Seating d.o.o. Kragujevac, a member of the Yanfeng group, a global automotive trim supplier, with presence on 3 continents, and in over 100 locations, is expanding its business with a greenfield investment in Serbia. We are looking for a motivated candidate, to become a core team member of our new factory in the position of:

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry our regular maintenance and repairs of electrical/mechanical equipment;
• Implement and perform regular preventive/predictive maintenance activities to reduce overall downtime of equipment/increase utilization;
• Assist engineers in performing equipment improvement, process layout definition, new equipment installation and acceptance and overall site supervision;
• Complete and store various equipment inspection records and spare parts records;
• Continue to learn to improve maintenance skills, share with team members, and promote joint improvement of quality requirements;

Requirements:

• High school diploma in area of electrical, mechanical, electrotechnics, industrial automation or related area
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience in maintenance of production site
• Intermediate level of spoken and written English
• PC literacy (MS Office), technical drawing reading
• Problem solving skills, analytical and systematic approach to work, hands-on approach
• Strong sense of team belonging and responsibility
