JOB SCOPE

• Manages the calendar and format of monthly reporting in cooperation with function directors
• Identifies specific information needs of the management team and structures reports accordingly
• Prepares monthly management reports and checks them with team leaders to reconcile and properly present results and positions
• Works closely with the Head of Financial Planning and Control in drafting the annual budget, monthly financial forecast and three-year strategic business plan, and with function directors to provide support wherever needed
• Holds monthly meetings to analyse budget implementation
• Ensures the accuracy of reported revenues and expenditures
• Cooperates with internal and external auditors in regular and extraordinary audits
• Clarifies and implements audit recommendations
• Designs and implements activities for effective implementation of recommendations

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University diploma (VII)
• Minimum 5 years’ of work experience in finance
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
• English language - excellent, active
