Managing Director 
-Finance, IT, Organization, HR –

for our industrial premises in Subotica/Rep. Serbia

Responsibilities:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Financial Department, Accounting, Controlling, Organization, IT and Administration/Human Resources (HR)
• Budgeting, Forecasting and preparation of financial statements 
• Responsibility for production controlling
• Whole business management and optimization of the company (organization & processes) based on established performance indicators and support of other managers
• Responsibility for corporate finance, in particular investment planning and financing of machinery and equipment as well as the area of energy management.
• Optimization of Human Resources/Motivation
• Expansion of IT-supported processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Economy, business administration or similar with focus to finance
• Several years of top management experience in finance, controlling or administration department of an international company, preferably in the textile industry.   
• Fluent in English or German language is required
• Very good knowledge of IFRS and IAS as well as experience in production-oriented controlling
• Good knowledge and experience with organizational development and production processes and capability to adapt and learn new processes
• Proven track record of strong leadership and people management skills
• PC literacy – MS Office package, ERP systems 
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
