We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in injection molding or assembly systems to join their team and support the company's expansion as a:

Manufacturing Engineer

Duties:

• Oversee the industrialization of new products in collaboration with international colleagues
• Plan assembly processes and systems within budget constraints
• Manage project schedules and layouts for assembly systems
• Write specifications for assembly stations in coordination with logistics and production planning teams.
• Implement assembly workshops and communicate with suppliers
• Obtaining offers for assembly systems and discussion with the suppliers 
• Support and manage change management actions for products and assembly systems
• Collaborate intensively with headquarters for new assembly line handovers and global standards implementation

Requirements:

• Technical education (VI-VII degree)
• Preferable experience in the automotive industry and production environments
• Skills in calculating and budgeting for production lines or station components
• Experience with mechatronic control systems
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, electronics, and mechanics
• Desirable experience with vision systems and project teams
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
