Your Role:

• Responsible for managing production activities and value flow operations and responsible for planning, controlling and ensuring safety, quality, material availability, production (assembly, cutting), maintenance (including facility management), delivery to the customer and safety of plants with more than 1000 employees.
• Responsible for achieving targets to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Responsible for maintaining the operational standards of APTIV (operating system, OPEX, production line)
• Responsible for solving problems in his / her jurisdiction using new techniques, technologies or concepts
• Analyzes technological trends and market requirements for the purpose of planning and managing efficiency on all projects
• Responsible for budget preparation
• Responsible for forecasting labor costs and HC
