Marketing Assistant

Desophy is a fast-growing startup based in Serbia that operates in the US and provides full-service support for real estate brokerage companies in NYC.

We are looking for a reliable, ambitious, persistent, and want to succeed with strong verbal and written communication skills for a paid internship with the possibility of long-term employment. Previous work experience is not needed—just willingness to learn and work and grow in a small agile startup team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English/daily communication with native speakers
• Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Creative and proactive thinking/finding solutions and workarounds for clients' problems
• Creative writing and digital marketing experience are a huge plus.
• Financial modeling experience is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicating and reporting to clients over Zoom, email and phone daily
• Working on email campaigns and messaging for digital media communication channels 
• Managing SM channels, writing captions, working with designers, and scheduling and posting on behalf of our clients
• Conducting market research/tracking industry transitions and news daily
• Scheduling meetings
