We are looking for: Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Create and design emails that drive sales.
• Finding new ways to segment out the customer base and expand the email marketing system’s reach.
• Coming up with creative ways to market to customers, based on their preferences, past purchases and future needs.
• Coming up with ideas for emails, specific brand sales, keeping tabs on the competition to see what they are doing, and remaining on trend and ahead of schedule for holidays and promotional periods.
• Directly manage social media interns with instructions on how to create posts and to stay on brand and on trend
• Implementing a system to track social media influencers, engagement, and to vet their potential for sales driven.

Qualifications:

• Graphic design knowledge and experience in email marketing techniques, work flows and campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe photoshop/Illustrator
• Experience in Marketing (1 year minimum)
• Email CRM experience (1 year minimum)
• Typography skills
• Preferable added experience in: Klaviyo, Canva, HTML, Shopify
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Team Player
