Marketing Cloud Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced marketing cloud developer. You will be responsible for the Marketing Cloud implementation for the client, improving customer engagement through email and journey development, campaign deployment across email, mobile and social media. A collaboration with our team from the Netherlands will enable you to work on various projects for world well-known brands such as Intersport, Ecco, Omron, HEMA, Rituals, etc.

Skills and experiences:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• Experience in working with Marketing Cloud solutions
• A basic understanding of the technical concepts
• A structured team-player
• Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in writing SQL queries
• Knowledge of a scripting language is a plus

Your responsibilities:

• Design solutions based on business requirements and challenges
• Develop highly personalised emails using AMP script
• Create segments using advanced SQL queries
• Configure and set up data models (data extensions, shared data extensions, contact model)
• Configure data import
• Work with customers and platform data (SQL, views, Send Log)
• Create dynamic, personalised marketing assets using various scripting languages
• Build Marketing Cloud web experience (data forms, custom preference pages)
• Work through and resolve scenarios using REST and SOAP API
