Job description:

Ideal candidate will have to work in very close relationship with SEE Director, providing complete marketing support to Serbian, Croatian and Slovenian markets (It is also fundamental to develop close relations and coordinate actions with company’s HQ, regional directors and their staff in order to implement planned marketing activities). S/He will also take on a role of leading touch point for external partners. The work position requires a person to be highly communicative, agile, proactive, accessible and able to handle complex multiple tasks.  

Responsibility:

• Co-defining, co-developing and assuring the execution of marketing strategies for product groups and market segments
• Ensuring timely and accurate implementation of corporate marketing solutions, plans actions, coordinating with the SEE Director, HQ and other Managers from the region
• Preparation of communication packages for the appropriate product groups (brochures, leaflets, newsletters, case studies, reference sheets, specialized magazine articles, online articles)
• Review of the content, translation and coordination with the external design and printing partners
• Monitoring, measuring, analyzing and reporting on effects and performance of marketing and sales campaigns
• Involvement in strategy development and budget forecasting
• Leading implementation of event management (promotions, presentations, fairs and exhibitions)

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in marketing, economy, business administration or a related field
• Experience in managing marketing processes throughout the applicable product lifecycle stages, ideally across several geographical areas
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the marketing field
• Ability to create, develop and lead marketing campaigns which engage, educate and motivate
• Excellent knowledge of Internet and Social media
• Fluency in English is a must, German is considered an advantage
• Strong PC skills (knowledge of web analytics tools is an advantage)
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Active driver (B category)
• Availability for occasional short-term business trips
