Marketing Manager

Feron d.o.o. is a company specialized in pre-selection of candidates and employment mediation. We are looking for a new colleague in a working position: MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and oversee marketing campaigns
• Set marketing strategy, deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Work with media plans and reporting
• Align with operation to drive greater levels of candidate re-use
• Support Sales team with bid responses and pitches
• Create seasonal and theme based campaigns and assets
• Analysis to ensure we are targeting the right opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar
• At least two years' experience as a marketing manager
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
