Marketing Manager

Workforce has partnered with a multinational company for software development to support their expansion in Niš. We are searching for successful applicants for the position: MARKETING MANAGER

The role:

• Developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation to strengthen the position of the company in the market
• Producing valuable and engaging content that attracts and converts our target groups
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assess against goals
• Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting advertising campaigns accordingly
• Coordination of marketing material development
• Communication with designers and agencies when creating materials
• Researching and conducting market and competition analysis
• Collaboration with the development team to understand products and services
• Collaboration with the sales team in order to develop marketing strategies and increase sales

The successful applicant:

• Bachelor or College degree
• Previous working experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in organizanig events
• Knowledge of digital margeting platforms, strategies and contect creation
• Proficient in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills along with excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Pro-active and dynamic person
• Customer focus and drive for results
