We are looking for a marketing project manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns from strategy to execution with precision and passion—be the hands-on leader we need! Help us spread Tarot wisdom to the world and raise human consciousness.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Data and Performance Optimization:
•  Analyze marketing funnels to monitor performance, identify drop-off points, and implement data-driven improvements to double conversion rates.
•  Drive measurable results, aiming for a 100% increase in conversions from current benchmarks.

• Funnel Creation and Management:
•  Design and launch tailored marketing funnels that align with company goals and target audiences.
• Manage funnel-related challenges, leveraging the current tech stack or proposing suitable solutions.
• Deliver 3x new sales funnels per week.
• Project Management:
• Coordinate small projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining attention to detail.
• Organize tasks in Asana and provide updates to the management team.
• Oversee contractors, ensuring all deliverables meet the required standards.
• Marketing Automation:
• Use tools like HubSpot, Marketo, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, or similar to manage workflows, automate email campaigns and create marketing funnels.
• Collaboration on Creative Briefs:
• Create detailed briefs for designers and video editors to ensure alignment on graphics and visuals for marketing campaigns.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• You have 2+ years of experience in building marketing funnels.
• You have 2+ years of experience selling online courses, especially in the new-age or Tarot industry.
• You have basic project management skills, with the ability to organize and execute small projects effectively.
• You are organized and detail-oriented to ensure that marketing campaigns and projects are executed flawlessly and on time, without details slipping through the cracks.
• You are a resourceful and creative problem solver to find solutions to unforeseen challenges or constraints.
• You are adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment to be able to embrace change and quickly adjust strategies or plans to align with new priorities or market trends.
• You are results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes to ensure that campaigns not only get executed but also deliver ROI and meet business goals.
• You are autonomous, with the ability to work independently in a 9 AM - 5 PM EST time zone.
• You have a willingness to learn and get hands-on and contribute to completing tasks.
