To meet the highly ambitious strategic growth plans SR Technics is currently looking to select a confident and enthusiastic:
Master Data Analyst
As a part of Finance / Data Management, the Master Data Analyst is responsible for supervision and maintenance of data objects life cycle (customer, vendor, bank keys, purchase groups) as well as setting up and renewing repair stations.
- Coordinate collection of customer, vendor, repair station data from owners and ensure data accuracy and compliance, as well as on-time adaptation in central ERP system
- Execute and supervise maintenance and creation of customer and vendor
- Execute and supervise repair station risk assessment and prepare final approval form
- Execute and supervise SAP GRC preformed actions
- Execute and supervise maintenance and creation of bank keys
- Execute and supervise maintenance and creation of purchasing groups
- Provide expertise in SAP master data maintenance
- Develop new and enhance existing data standards, track data quality and initiate data quality improvement
- Support process improvements and pro-actively identify process enhancements opportunities
To fulfill this position successfully, your qualifications must include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System would be desired
- Knowledge of SAP SD or MM Module
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Sort, Filter, Cleansing text)
- Knowledge of MS Access (Navigation, Import, Export, Query Running) would be desired
- 2-3 years of working experience in Procurement or Sales or Data Management
- Good command of English language (B1 level); knowledge of German language would be desired
- Analytical skills and detail oriented mindset
- Ability to work within a team
- Customer orientation and good communication skills
