Main Tasks:

  • Managing and controlling MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) works on the construction site with safety and regulatory standards
  • Directing, monitoring and controlling the activities MEP subcontractors to ensure compliance with project safety regulations
  • Providing assistance in reviewing scope, processes, costs and budgeting
  • Preparing work schedules and controlling the use of materials, equipment and machines
  • Implementing and supporting plans; collaborating with external equipment planning offices and cooperating firms
  • Executing of mechanical installations and installation of automatic control equipment at the previously mentioned facilities, installations and systems
  • Support to Department Manager for Mechanical&Electrical works

Required professional skills:

  • University Degree, Mechanical faculty
  • Advance level in English
  • High developed computer skills (MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD)
  • Driving license B and willingness to travel
  • Schedule & multitask controlling with attentiveness to details
