Medical Representative

Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with one of the leading pharmaceutical companies to support them in forming a new sales team as part of the project the company has initiated. 

The role:

• Provides a highly effective customer experience, ensuring that the Company delivers value to patients and physicians, and become a trusted partner
• Is responsible for business result within assigned territory, sales and customer plan development
• High level of scientific knowledge is required to provide approved disease and therapeutic solutions to selected customers
• Creates and maintains long-term relations and partnership with customers, provides sufficient support materials and information on products
• Proactively identifies business opportunities and acts on it accordingly
• Implements a marketing strategy and provides timely feedback on impact
• Is an active member of cross-functional team within company, on projects that respond to customers and business needs in assigned accounts
• Timely CRM reporting, organization and coordination of national. regional and local events

The successful applicant:

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy of dentistry
• Previous experience within pharma, preferably of 2 years
• Experience in primary care environment is preferable
• Ability to manage customers, to influence without authority and to create and carry out action plans in matrix cross-functional team structures
• Exhibit strong problem solving, project planning, teamwork, analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Driver's license B category
