Medical Representative

Due to its expansion and launch of new products, Wellcare d.o.o., a medical company, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Medical Representative for the region of Novi Sad and Vojvodina.

Job Description

As a member of a Sales team in Serbia, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, and for promoting high quality products and services within a specified region of the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Promoting company products by regular visits to health care professionals – medical doctors and pharmacists
• Working with existing customers and finding new potential clients on assigned territory
• Making presentations to medical professionals in hospitals and pharmacies and organizing regional events
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with key opinion leaders
• Developing work plans in coordination with Sales Manager
• Monitoring the market and competition, and active participation in making action plans and activities
• Participating in professional meetings
• Making weekly and quartal reports.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• University degree in medicine, pharmacy, stomatology or similar
• At least 1 years of work experience as a medical representative in a pharmaceutical company
• Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge in various computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A valid B-category driver's license, with a clean record and willingness to travel
• Good communicator, energetic and flexible
• Ambitious and proactive in seeking opportunities
• Self-driven, passionate performer, and eager to learn and develop
• Self-motivated, skilled influencer, and a high performer with a record of successful achievements
• A Master's degree in medicine, pharmacy or, skilled influencer, and a high performer
