Your job

As NPD Engineer (Senior) you have the technical expertise to develop new products on existing platforms, partly in collaboration with other development sites:

• As NPD Engineer (Senior), you identify, collect and evaluate new product ideas and other fact-finding work
• Creating specifications for technology product requirements and functionalities
• Development of electronic components for innovative lighting solutions
• Create simulations and calculations of electrical circuits in the area of power electronics
• Creation of feasibility studies including creation of prototypes based on a product specification
• Analyzing and solving problems which are leading to process problems or yield losses in production

Your profile

• You bring a professional education in Electrical Engineering or a university degree
• You have work experience of at least 5 years within electronic development or technical support
• You have strong analytic skills, enjoy problem-solving, ability to establish priorities and cope with pressure
• Able to work in a team orientated, target driven environment
• Language skills (fluent in written and spoken English)
• PC literate – “Microsoft Office” programs
• Last but not least, you demonstrate strong customer focus and interaction skills
