We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our team in Belgrade.

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for successful Installation, configuration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure systems, mainly focused on Network Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure systems
• Maximise network performance by monitoring and troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and system patching
• Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies
• Administrating various devices and services: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, WiFi
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Participate in and respond to system and network incidents
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to employees
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Information technology or any other related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as System Administrator, Network administrator or similar role
• Strong working knowledge with Windows and MacOS X operating systems
• Strong working knowledge with various network services such as: VPN, DNS, URL filtering, Intrusion and Threat prevention systems
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server Infrastructure: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, Hyper-V.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Working experience with Identity providers (IdP)
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of security issues and ways to prevent them
• Comfortable with tools such as: Git, Jira, Confluence
• Experience with Ticketing systems (Jira / ServiceNow)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge and experience with Mobile Device Management solutions will be considered as a plus
• Cisco and/or Microsoft certifications will be considered as a plus

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Cisco Meraki appliances
• Experience with VMware Workspace ONE UEM
• Experience with Google IdP and Context-Aware Access
