We are currently seeking a:
Hardware Engineer
This is a Full-Time position that is responsible for, but not limited to the following duties: Company will pay for complete relocation and sponsorship if H1B Visa.
Responsibilities:
- Product research, analog and digital design and development from conception through production
- Design embedded systems utilizing 8-, 16- & 32-bit microprocessors
- Utilize FPGA & CPLD design to reduce/eliminate processor overhead or necessity
- Hardware-Software integration & in-depth interaction with PCB/CAD Department
- Development of Product Specifications
- Conduct design reviews for Schematics, Layouts, and product implementation
- Designing for compliance with UL, CE, and FCC standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years experience with circuit development, analysis, and testing
- Design experience with FPGAs using VHDL or Verilog is required
- Experience designing hardware for microprocessors, digital data communications design, high speed switching design, high speed network design, or computer design, HDMI, working with ARM processors, nanosecond high speed circuits
- Experience with communication protocols such as ethernet, USB, RS485, RS232, I2C, etc.
- Exposure to Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, PCB design
- Ability to use Altium CAD
- Hardware testing experience using standard lab test equipment at the board level is a must
- Good understanding of embedded systems
- Familiarity with compliance standards
- Good understanding of TCP/IP protocols
