YOUR ROLE

• Sales on construction objects and coordination of whole process
• Establishing new and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with craftsmen, construction companies, investors and project bureaus
• Support our key partner (Distributor/Retail) sell-out
• Negotiating tenders/objects and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Pre-Sales and After-Sales technical assistance to Customers
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

YOUR SKILLS

• Preferably University degree
• Previous sales experience in Construction industry
• Preferable technical and building materials knowledge
• Excellent sales, communication & presentation skills
• Team working ability and flexible/proactive personality
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good PC skills and driving license
