PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Billing - receiving and formal checking of all the paperwork from drivers and sending it to factoring company
• Organising meetings and managing databases
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Preparing presentations and reports
• Managing office budgets
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Control of all sent invoices and their status
• Tracking and reporting of price deviations
• Importing and checking all the fuel records
• Depositing money for the the employees
• Payroll
• Communication with the accounting agency
• Attending meetings with senior management
• Various administrative tasks 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Preference is given to candidates who have graduated from the Faculty of Economics
• Problem - solving aptitude
• Flexibility
• Responsibility
• High-level focus on customer service
• Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
• Good team player
