Job Description:

• Manage office logistics including purchasing equipment, supplies and inventory
• Manage relationships with vendors and external parties
• Manage front office duties, including greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, sorting and sending mail and packages, receiving deliveries
• Propose, plan, and coordinate office activities and events
• Arrange workspace and equipment for new hires
• Assist the CEO 
• Manage the overall experience and appearance of the office and ensure it runs seamlessly

• Excellent planning, multitasking and organization skills
• Excellent English skills - both written and verbal
