Job Description:
Organizing daily administrative activities in the most efficient way
Scheduling and organizing meetings, including responsibility for the meetings Minutes
Assures smooth running of the office on a day to day basis
Ordering office supplies
Supporting staff in administrative issues
Managing office correspondence and mail
Managing and optimizing office budget
Supporting HR and bookkeeping function in administrative way
Managing business trips
Making sure that business premises are representative all day long
Assures that all staff obey working hours
Proposes cost saving measures related to the office management
Translation of business documents into English / Serbian
Requirements:

Formal requirements:
University degree
