Why we need you:
We are looking for an awesome and proactive Office Manager who can support us in our journey to become the world’s most remarkable brand for empowering shared-mobility businesses
Some of the things that you can help us with:
- Organizing office operations and procedures
- Acting as the main point of contact for accounting, legal etc.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for employees to and from Serbia
- Helping our Vienna office with day-to-day administration tasks
- Organizing team buildings, events, annual celebrations
- Procurement of IT equipment, promotional materials, and other necessities
- Overseeing and purchase of office supply and other office-related consumables
- Participate in organizing awesome company events
What we are looking for:
- Good Office Manager - experience in this roll is something that we value and need
- Good communicator - your verbal and written communication skills are good, along with strong negotiation skills to get the best offers and prices
- Good negotiator - dealing with vendors and service providers
- Good organizer - you always need a plan, and you’re good at organizing events, office adjustments
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and be proactive to resolve things as they come up in a timely manner
