Office and Site Director Assistant

For an ongoing construction project Techmedia is searching for energetic, proactive and motivated: Office and Site Director Assistant

Location: construction site in suburban settlement of Belgrade

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Organising meetings and managing databases
•    Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
•    Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
•    Maintaining supply inventory, keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
•    Maintaining office equipment as needed
•    Contact with new sub-contractor to review administrative documentation 
•    Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, saving/archiving project documentation, making transmittal to the client, etc.
•    Contribute to provision of an industry leading information management service to support

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

•    Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
•    Exemplify a strong attention to detail
•    Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office 
•    Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in both Serbian and English language (French would be a plus)
•    Capable of professionally managing confidential information
•    Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities
•    Flexibility and adaptability
•    Good oral and written communication skills
•    Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
