Call Center Agent

Location: Belgrade

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients and providing information and support to existing clients
  • Presenting and providing relevant information on company services and prices
  • Replying on client’s inquiries
  • Selling of company's services

Skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office package
  • Fluency in English  and Russian language

Candidate’s profile:

  • Good communication, problem solving and organization skills
  • Previous experience in sales is an advantage
