On-call Relocation Consultant
We are looking for English speaking On call Relocation Consultants to join the team.
The Move One On call Relocation Consultant is the primary point of contact for the assignee during the service. Relocation Consultants' work loads are flexible and agreed in advance. Once a Consultant is appointed to a trans feree, they are expected to handle the communication and physical service from start to finish. We, therefore, request that Consultants provide the in house Relocation Team with their set available days and hours well in advance. Consultants are required t o be committed to handle a transferee’s support (i.e. 1, 2 or 3 days face to face as well as telephone and email communication prior to, during and follow ups) start to finish to avoid disruption or communication and relationship building barriers.
Flexible hours have no minimum per month or maximum as they vary based on the Consultant’s availability and the work load. Preparation for each case needs to be completed either from office or home but the main part of the service is based outside the office.
Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks:
Meeting expats new to city, answer any queries, which the transferee may have about the relocation process and his/her expectations about the new location.
Find neighborhoods, residences, schools/childcare for the trans feree relevant to their needs and priorities, coordinating with the relocation team to provide optimum service. Coordinate all relevant visits and a suitable itinerary for the transferee based on the agreed services. These visits include, but are not limited to, rental properties, schools, neighborhoods, clubs, etc.
Keep in constant communication with your assigned transferee(s) so that the most suitable itinerary is presented that meets their needs and expectations.
Accompany the transferee on each day’s orientation, home finding or school search and/or settling in or familiarization tour.
Follow up to answer additional questions and inform the relocation team and your assigned in house Relocation Coordinator of the outcome, questions, challenges, needs ana lysis, follow up schedule, etc.
Support with departure service, cancellation of all basic and requested utilities (telephone, internet), bank account cancellation, coordination of security deposit return, preparing house/apartment for handover.
Support with immigration tasks such as meeting assignee for submission of his documentation for residence work permits, legalization of documents, driving license transfer etc.
Qualifications and Competence Requirements (education, training, experience):
- University degree;
- Service industry work experience;
- Strong PC skills;
- Knowledge of real estate market is preferable;
- Knowledge of local immigration/labor regulation is preferable;
- Driving license B category;
- Own car.
- Sophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients and staff, at all levels);
- Strong service inclination and customer orientation;
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing);
- Excellent listening skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Accuracy and Punctuality;
- Attention to detail.
