Online Art Gallery Assistant

We are an online-only gallery, www.ideelart.com, dedicated to contemporary abstract art with more than 60 artists and 1600 artworks for sale.

We are looking for an assistant to help us with all our time-consuming and repetitive tasks

This includes:

• Upload and management of our inventory on 12 websites that we use to distribute our artworks (Widewalls, Artsy, Artsper, 1stdibs, Artnet, Artprice, Kooness, Artland, Chairish, Artspace, The Artling, InCollect)
• Administrative duties

The suitable candidate will be fast, efficient, accurate, and dedicated, with a proven track record of similar positions, highly organized with great interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Perfect written and spoken English is an absolute must as all our communications and instructions will be in English as well as Serbian
• Extensive software skills, particularly with Excel
• An interest in contemporary art and a bachelor's degree in art history or a related area would be nice to have.

We are offering:

• Full time job based from home with flexible hours - 8 hours per day.
• Salary between 500 to 600 Euros
• 2 weeks (10 working days) paid holiday per year
