• Has proven experience in industry or a similar role.
• Has an analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive performance.
• Is organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple workflows and stakeholders concurrently.
• Can communicate with senior stakeholders including C-suite for effective decision-making.
• Creating a feedback loop with local customer service teams to identify and fix customer friction points.
• Is fluent in Serbian and English;
• Can work remotely and collaborate effectively with teams located in different regions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Report into the Head of Gaming Performance and working closely with senior [REGION] stakeholders.
• Responsible for all aspects of the Serbian & Polish Gaming website & apps set-up from the content roadmap to product positioning.
• Obsessive measurement of site and content performance, optimizing layouts and content and reporting on performance.
• Managing the implementation of commercial partnerships across the sites.
• Work with marketing and CRM teams to ensure optimum utilization of Gaming content, tools and supplier marketing support is leveraged through the customer plans.
• Execution of regional Live Casino strategy.
• The lead Gaming stakeholder within your region. Representing Gaming at regional meetings, leading reporting into regional leads and sharing wider Gaming insights and tests.
• Stay updated with industry & local trends, innovations, and best practices in online gaming.
