Online Training - Events Person
UX Academy is an online training company teaching UX Design courses, based in London, we are looking for a fully remote full time person to manage the whole training program. You must have excellent written English and have at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
You will have full responsibility to run this small company with support from the founder and a sales person.
- Support the overall running of the training program
- Communicate between clients and students/instructors
- Support on pre and post training activities
- Support and manage solutions such as Zoom, Slack and Google Drive
- Post regularly on social media, create new content for website
- Promotion training actions across all website
- Updating Wordpress website with course changes, new training, blogs and materials
- Identifying new promotional partners
- Organising, running and managing webinars
Must have Experience
- Excellent English speaking and writing
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Highly organised and technically competent
- Experience of using online tools such as email marketing, slack, asana, mailchimp, wordpress
- Experience of running online events/training
